Our company name was inspired by a guy who saw no barrier to what could be achieved. In October 1947 Charles "Chuck" Yeager became the first man recorded to exceed the speed of sound in level flight. Let's put that in perspective, he was not falling out of the sky with propulsion! He was totally in control and pushing past the limits previously believed to be a barrier.
